Well,that is what i thinking about. Many trader was misunderstanding about leverage function, They avoid high leverage because they think that can lead to loss. The real matter is not like that . Even if you use 1:100 leverage, you should still be able to open many positions. The only difference is that the positions that you open will be with smaller lot sizes, which even makes it safer for you account.

I use low leverage as well in my forex trades, i use the leverage of 1 : 200 most times in my trades. It is right that all traders maintain the leverage that would be good enough for their accounts and the ones they can manage and understand.

I used only 1:200 as leverage and at that time my balance was only $100. I faced some difficulties by using this small amount of leverage and that is I could not open larger lot that. If I take big amount of leverage at that time, I could trade in bigger lot and may gain some big profits.

it is right so in these kind of cases i feel 1:200 1:500 these leverages are good. actually i use 1:500 leverage. that low leverage always gives u less chance to get washed away. but if you have 200$ account then i dont think u can afford to use 1:100 leverage because that will eat 125$ of your account as margin only per trade.

Could you use such big leverage 1:1000 but you need to be careful in the use of leverage that big do not let your emotions take control of your own. i have used 25x leverage in extort while my forex trading mostly i trade with 25x only. I don�t like to used big leverages...............
