A breakout occurred through the upper boundary of a descending channel pattern at 0.6806 during the European trading session on Monday.
As for the short-term future, it is likely that the currency exchange rate surge towards a resistance level at 0.6834.
On the other hand, the NZD/USD pair could reverse from the current price level and aim for a support cluster at 0.6783 during the following trading session.

The New Zealand Dollar turned lower against its US counterpart after putting in a Bearish Engulfing candlestick pattern, as expected. Sellers are now testing trend line support guiding the move higher from early October, a barrier reinforced by a chart inflection area in the 0.6700-20 region.
Breaking below this barrier on a daily closing basis would expose the 0.6591-0.6619 zone next. More broadly, it would suggest that the dominant downtrend started in mid-April 2018 has resumed. Immediate resistance is in the 0.6893-0.6903 band, followed by the 0.6942-69 double top.

But if this pair go up and break 0.6855. resistent level, I predict this pair will make some correction to the next resistent level at around 0.6905
Sell signal is indicated from the Simple Moving Average and Bollinger Bands indicator . I suggest to entry Sell with stoploss at 0.6839. and take profit at 0.6754

The Kiwi has been gaining strength vs the USD and it s clearly reflected on the chart. 0.6826-36 is the POC zone and the bounce targets 0.6848 with a final ATR projection/confluence at 0.6877. Only a close below 0.6814 might put the pair into a neutral territory again. For all bulls, pay attention to W H5- 0.6887 as the pair is unlikely to break this level unless a strong momentum takes place.
The NZD/USD is a slow-moving pair and that is reflected on it ATR numbers, so patience is needed. In the wake of Brexit data, headlines and news, the NZD/USD is a safer pair to trade.
Tuesday’s signals were bullish, and these were confirmed with sentiment posting a 3rd higher daily low & high in a row and a gain of almost ½ Big Fig. The last 3 day rally has come from the 200 day average rate and has taken prices back above their 100, 50 & 13 day lines. However, the improvement is potentially corrective and sellers have returned to the market in Asia this morning ahead of a developing daily bear trend. Signals have weakened and the outlook for Wednesday is negative, but until the sequence of higher daily lows is ended the call is to cautiously sell on the open and then at .6863, today’s open in Asia with a stop loss at .6880, the daily bear trend. Targets are to .6826, yesterday’s low, .6809, a 50% pullback to March’s rally and .6788, this week’s base.
