RFTL (Reference Fast Trend Line) is a powerful vertex FX trend-following indicator to responds quickly to price fluctuations. It is a digital filter based indicator, designed from the FLF-1 and FLF-2 digital filters from discrete input sequence.
It is calculated by smoothing the RFTL (FLF) co-efficient over a 44 bar period.
BUY - Enter BUY when candle closes above the RFTL indicator. Place stop loss at support below the RFTL indicator.
Note: - Do not enter BUY trade if candle gaps above RFTL.
SELL - Enter SELL when the candle closes below the RFTL indicator. Place stop loss at resistance above the RFTL indicator.
Note: - Do not enter SELL trade if candle gaps below RFTL.
