According to the point 5.12 of the Public Offer Agreement (https://instaforex.com/open_live_account.php) you can not:

5.12. In case the price change that was caused by a difference between the last value of a forex instrument price and the first one at the point of market opening or was related to a news release affects the profit by more than 10% of the initial deposit, the Company reserves the right to make a correction to the result of such deals by a value proportionate to the difference between abovementioned prices by means of charging part of funds from the trading account with the following note: "Point 5.12 correction".

You mean if we deposit 100$ then we cant earn more then 10$ in 1 position? Or this will come only when we take 30% bonus?

Yes you can earn 10% from each position. Also this point does not depend on any bonuses. If you earn more then 10% you profit will be cut.

The problem is that positions on gaps can not be covered.

Transfer between accounts can take from 1 to 7 working hours. Accounts must have the same holder. E-mails of the accounts must match.

I don't believe insta is not giving 30 percent bonus. I think still they are giving us. whenever I deposit they pay me 30 percent bonus and as well as they give bonus through their contests which are $500 to $1500. No one broker can give us this high level bonus. In present and in future I will blindly trust on them.

I have two questions for Instaforex. Could You please advise me.

1 - I opened PAMM account (mini) yesterday because I want to trade for smaller investors to (10+ USD per client).
But I saw maximum deposit for mini account is 1000 USD.
It is very possible that I will have even much bigger clients (my clients at other brokers) with 50000 USD+ per investor.
So what will happen in such case. Can I trade for them on the same PAMM account or I have to open another PAMM
project with standard account?

2 - I made deposit on my account at instaforex from my mastercard (Payoneer debit card from other broker - not Instaforex) via moneybookers.
What will happen when I will withdraw some money back. Will I receive that money on my Payoneer debitcard back or I will receive this to moneybookers and I need debitcard from moneybookers to? Or can I receive this money on Instaforex debitcard when I will have such card.

These restrictions are necessary in order to avoid fraud. In 99% cases, these restrictions do not apply to the normal clients, who do not hunt for gaps.

yes sir i too agree that your affiliates are good but it is posiible to have seperate accounts means those accounts will be continued and you can introduce no spread accounts where comission is charged after deal and if you charge 5% you can then also share with affiliates 2% or no need to share affiliates anything for this type of accounts.hope you like this and understand my concept and implement soon

There's only one point in their TOS that slightly less palatable, because it limits our profit when trading on the news. We are limited only to profit by 10% of our modasl. Kalao greater than 10% of the profit canceled.
