i have one questions.. can we apply this to lower time-frame like H1 or M30?

do we still looking for monthly/weekly trend? or H4/Daily trend is enough for lower time-frame trading?

The best strategy is money management and trading psychology. Do not try to find a perfect strategy to build your excellent career here in forex trading me myself just use a decent strategy but i make sure to use a good money management. that is why this is better for you.
