The gap strategy mentioned here is for the common movement because there is high risk in gap strategy as if the market mood or momentum is in same direction,then it could just be a one sided scenario and in that case there will be no gap filling .

I do not think that it is right to use pending order trap strategy because it seems illegal to the brokers. I think that spreads would not be collected from such trades and the broker will not pay that profit to that forex trader.

yes you're right, the pending orders will be shifted by broker..
sometimes in another brokers, our pending orders will be deleted or wasn't executed, sometimes the spread will be bigger than another day.

I guess its conceivable but it is unsafe too.if the merchant necessity to get gymnasium assay they can do it.for this think they score to copulate the market motility and psychoanalyse system.then they may profit from here otherwise they module get lose.

don't place pending orders before the forex closed at friday.. your po will be shifted by broker... when forex open on monday, we will open orders.

Yes of course.. I'm still trading with the gap and still get profit from it.. you said that gaps caused margin call.. have you tried it? or just talking?

I want to share a new trading strategy that i have used since January 2012.
This strategy uses gaps that happen every Monday when the market is open.
I give my strategy with name "Gap Strategy".

The rules of this strategy :

• Open buy if the Monday's open price below the Friday's close price.
• Open sell if the Monday's open price above the Friday's close price.
• Set TP at Friday's close price depends the size of gaps :
  
  Gap's size less than 40, set TP 100%
  Gap's size between 40 and 60, set TP 75%
  Gap's size greater than 60, set TP 50%

i still use it since 8 months ago, and always profit except 1x loss in eurusd may 2012.
although it is the old strategy, but i can make big profit on it.
so why don't you try it before you give comment here ??
