It's best to trade divergence on H1 time border or 30m time border the reason is there we can glimpse larger image and in low time border trader wait for move correction and therefore he overlook the oppertunity to diverging on stoch indicator or MACD to perform trading activities. This system is very powerful for those who understand. but I personally do not understand

I use the 5 EMA and 8 EMA crossover on the daily chart. For the stop loss I use the low or high for the previous day (depending on if we are or short). Alternatively if this is too close or too far away, so the risk/reward ratio would be too low, I draw fib lines on the daily chart and trendlines to try and pickout important support and resistance points and place the stops at these. I always give priority to points where the market has bounced previous.

Bhai moving average ek dum best indicator mana jata hai, aur main samjhata hoon is indicator ke sath mein humare ko kafi achi trading karne ko mil sakta hai bhai, humae ko bhai ye indicator use karna aana chahiye.
