in my abitude i drink coffe and I think every successful trader do the same thing before entering his trades. But the thing here is to consider is make good analysis. Do not expect any thing from market but judge the market what it is doing and where it is going, so drink something make you active before trading.

Before startinf trading i am choosing any currency pair, then i should very well know about its fundamental and technical aspects. i ahve must read all analysis, all news related the currency pair i want to trade and its forecast behavior for the day and the coming week.it is my task or my work before trading.
