How do you help yourself to relax while your trades are in action?

I make myself relax with the use of proper tool in the forex trading like i always use stop loss and take profit than i feel relex becaue if less occure than that will not be more than my calculation and if profit comes that also on my decided level. There is no need to worry about it trader must be sure about his strategy and than mange that like i said.

for me if i want to being relax on my trading i must try to take a rest and then i must try to do not thinking about the forex first, because to make my self being relax i must not think about it again , or i must go out with my friend

I asked some of my fellow traders this question and they gave me various answers which I didn't feel good with. So I thought of puting this quesion here. I would like to hear your suggestion. Thanks in advance.

if we are trading using the plan and rule, then I'm sure whatever you do should be safe and also do not think bad, because it is so then you can trade by smoothly.

I shutdown the computer and go out for other activities like play sport or doing homework. This will help me to feel comfortable. I think this can help me to become more patient and avoid bad feeling in the future. How about others what do you do to feel relax when trading?

too long in front of the monitor screen sometimes makes my eyes feel tired and bored in mind, to neutralize it I went looking for a snack and drink a few sips, it's enough to help restore the mind to be Fress and concentration again, if still not comfortable, and also my face membasuk my hands premises clean water

i think after doing trade we have to keep relax with other things like music games or any other thing, we have to trade set take profit and stop loss and then leave it to operate

if you're a long term trader, and know that capital and good analysis is the only key to keep you away from worried when you open positions, then you will able to relax no matter what position you're taken.

By checking that I have done exactly as my trading rules stated, then busied myself with other things. Checking my trade once an hour only.

I also just like you, before I do I conduct an examination of trading rules that I created, with the hope I will not break the rules I make, I always remember the words of my teacher that forex will only pay the people who discipline
