its good when you trading you have to make sure that you always keep calm when trading meaning that when you trading you good to avoid endangering your money by making trades that are making trading trades that have been led by emotional reason that might not be very helpful in the long term

i prefer to not stay in frot of my chart or graph when i put a trade i ussualy go to sleep or eat or just go out with setting take profit and stop loss , when i go back to see i always expect a loosing trade so i will not be surprised

I think if we can trade with proper knowledge only then it is possible to get success in trading, trade with understanding of the market is always need to get success while trading. if we can use the proper stop loss and take profit then we can sleep well.

yeah I think it is our biggest mistake to relax after seeing own trade position in action. Because forex trading is totally based on luck and full experience. So if we have lack of experience than we should take help forex forum and from senior except of doing relax. We should just take profit except of more greed.
