In the Forex feeling attracts very strong. High liquidity is one of the reasons. But feelings can be enemies.
Actually saying that feeling is unacceptable to manage eventually. But want limitations of achievement.
Education and good skills will manage this enemy. Most of the time feel creates success. But a certain amount

I agree with you. We should must follow these rules when we are trading in Forex trading market. If we will trade with proper planning then we can win the market. We should must take a break after spending some time in Forex trading market. Otherwise we can get loss because of emotions.

Thank you brother for this information and the good point how to control the emotions
that dominate us when transacting that is why always we are exposed to many losses.
I do something simple to get rid of it is by opening a transaction and identifying.

I just follow a simple trading rule to control my trading emotions and it only puts one position on the market per day.
One traded per day allowed me to trade in a relaxed and calm manner, making me feel at peace with my emotions.
Once you have everything well planned in the trade, your concentration will not be destroyed by your emotions.
