yes it is very good way to make us refresh to take some days leave from forex. forex trading is a continuous business and did not have any break. some time consecutive loss will make us sad and mentally depressed so we did not able to concentrate in our trading. if we take some rest or gone for a tour then it will make us energetic again and we will able to regain our trading power back.
