Technical indicators are mathematical calculations based on price and / or volume activity
of past trading instruments. Technical analysts use this information to evaluate historical performance
and predict future prices. Indicators do not specifically signal buy and sell; a trader must interpret
the signal to determine the trading entry and exit points that match his unique trading style.
Several types of indicators exist, including those that interpret trends, momentum, volatility and volume.
