No You Can Not Open any Pending order when Market Is Closed Because All Process Is Closed & Banks are also Closed So No Transaction will Happen & You can also Not Modify any open Trade.

we can not open or install any pending orders if the market closes. is there a broker that is open when the market closes? to my knowledge no. trade can be done if the market has been opened

That's wrong as demo and real are the same and they closed together at the weekends the only different between demo and real account is that demo has unreal money.

I think we can not do anything when the market was closed,
when the market is closed we usually can no longer change the TP or SL that exist in our trading account, so we have to wait for markets to open again on Monday in order to make changes to our account.
