well in my openion in your demo account you don't have the threat to lose your money so you can take as many bits as you want but in a real account you have a lot of risks so you have to think about it many times before taking an offer. so in my best openion there is a big difference between a demo account and a real account and I think there is no technical difference between a demo account and a real account. there is much difference between demo and real account of instaforex you can not trade in fake account it is able to trade in it but you cannot withdraw any amount of from fake account.
but in the real account you can trade and withdraw too.
