Sometimes it is hard to find any reason for the loss, often we enter with good analysis and find out the right entry point even then we loose our money to the stop loss set, and soon after touching to stop loss the price starts climbing up making us to feel red.

I think the main causes of losses would be :
Improper money management with low capital, lack of proper emotion control, unreasonable analysis, the time of trading, news event etc.
these are all basics as basics are the most important. They can be avoided simply with experience which comes along with time and knowledge.

I think the main reason for the loss is the revenge from the market and also greed which make you misery becasuse if you will take the revenge from the market then you will lose and if you will be greedy then you will again lose the money.
