I use three timeframes to analyze the market. The first I'll look at the daily time frame, to see the trend is going, then I will confirm the trend in daily time frame with the trend in H1 time frame. then to make a decision entry, I use M15 time frame. I would sure take a decision to trade when in all three time frames show the trend in the same direction.

All timeframe is good, depend on how we use those timeframe. I like to usue H4 to make analysis, and then use H1 or lower timeframe to wait the good time to make open positions. If we analyze the market using high timeframe, we will get good signal, because there are not many noise on high timeframe

All time frame is good in Forex those are avails in the trading tools, each time frame having certain reasons. it is depend upon the traders comfortable how to analyse the currency market. My self i used to see the time frame of 15 minutes, 1 hours and 4 hours, small time frame used for short trading and bigger time frame for the long term trading.

My friend for different trading methods we have to use different time frame and I think H1 is the best time frame for the forex trading and we all need to trade with proper learning and without proper learning we can not get success in trading.
