High leverage good or bad ?

i dont know why you people say high leverage will eat your balance,its dangerous ,its not advisable for newbies etc.Please people understand that high leverage is completely harmless unless you misuse it.If you open a big lot with small capital then its harmful.So its traders who make it harmful.Or else its harmful and its beneficial as it gives more free margin. yes it is the same for me if I also use a lever 1/200 that you use in your forex trades. but should be aware that use very high leverage is also a source of higher losses in every trade that we open in forex trading. So you earn good or the opposite .

I agree with you nikhil_rrane. High leverage will always lead us to early margin call if the trade is going down for us. High leverage helps us to make quick money too but if we want to survive in the market for long period, we need to start trading with small leverage first. It will be best to hang on to the market as long as possible without getting margin call soon. it is really good for trader because leverage is the power of the trader if you do not think that and you think that it is risky use high leverage with small lot size and some day you will need this leverage .

i really depends on your risk torrelance and money management techniques . some people will trade with huge leverage and use only 3% of equity on their account and hey are fine . other find it too dangerous to even trade with leverage more than 1:500 . so it really depend on the individual leverage is set for the trader to get the margin for their needs so there is no problem with the leverage and if the traders get some losing and then they blame their losing to the leverage and it means that they do not understand with leverage, how to trade with safe and also they want to clear their hands from their mistakes, it is not fair
