Why in Forex there are so many who lose?

that why we should obey all the rules we have set, including the rule relating to forex trading and money management rules . However, sometimes we are also fun to occasionally break the rules, sometimes the results are more profit but its loss. For the novice trader fad of course should be removed, because they do not know the full characteristics of the market. Because meraka not have enough investment. The form of money or experience. Most of the new trader use high lot size in their trade with low investment. It's very bad and they know that after loss of whole money. Sometimes they expect much then their limit. They do not know that to be successful they have to spend more time in learning forex. I think lack of knowledge is the main cause for failure. people lose for so many reason in this business from lack knowledge, to greed, emotional trading, trading without discipline, greed , not using the proper money management to trade, over leverage e.t.c

There are so many loosers in forex,because up to 80% of the new forex traders starts trading very fast - they need education,they need practice ,they need to have strategie before start,but they don't think about this and invest their money,as they think that when they know only what is forex they can earn good money,but what ??They loose it. :-) So make sure,you have experience to start trading.

The reason why so many of us loose in forex is probably because we are greedy and want to make fast profit from the internet. Forex trading is a risky business and hence we must be very careful when we are trading, we need the basic knowledge about forex and must have a trading strategy before entering into the forex market. Because people gets interested to do forex by seeing successful traders. They thought at the first time that they also can be successful like the professional trader in a short time. They do not know that to be successful in this profession they need to learn it first. As a result they loss in a few days.

I think many investors fall short in currency dealing because of the deficit of appropriate understanding. You can not be a good investor over-night. You can not generate huge income from currency dealing and be wealthy quick. These are the two main aspects that allow the pitfall of so many in currency dealing. Yes it is true in forex there are many traders not only experience and trained trader but specially newbies who faces losses badly one after another. This is because of lack of proper knowledge and information about the market, lacking in identifying the market currency prices in money industry. Another important of many people have to face the storm of money loss is they can't handle the level of pressure that occurs in the market every day.

In forex, so many traders lose money because they do not have discipline to follow the rules of their own trading plan. When market move they are tempted to take trade and the jump in. Sometimes they make profits but many times they make loss because of lack of discipline. Greed of gain is another reason for loss of most forex traders. It is important to note that when a trader is greedy he tends to take more risk than is normal and this will end up hurting his account and even giving him a margin call.

Perhaps the main reason most traders lose money is because the majority of people have little self-control and cannot resist the temptation to over-trade and over-leverage when there is no one to be accountable to. Another main reason most traders lose money is because they try to buck the trend for some reason, even though they KNOW they have a statistically higher chance of winning by sticking with the trend until it is clearly finished

I dont agree that most of the people gets loss from forex. Yes it is not simple business but with the training and commitment one can make profit in forex. Newcomers come with the view that they will become millionaire in just a days but they don't concentrate on the understanding the fundamentals of the trade and they don't apply right strategies for the trading. When you invest in big lots there will be a chance to face losses. Before investing in big lots please do huge analysis of market and trends. But you invest in smaller pips like 0.01 lot, in case of loss you will incur small amount of losses.

I think most of the newbies want to make big profit in a day. So they try to use big lot without following proper money management. So they quickly lost their money on trading. I think money management following is most important for every trader. In reality there are so many traders who lose in forex. There are many reasons cause traders lose in forex. Traders do not get enough knowledge about forex, but they use real account. I think it is better for traders to use demo account until they understand about indicators and etc. Many traders are greedy in forex trading. They do not use money management in forex trading.
