I think over trading and big volume is main cause of loss. Many new trader think that if they open a trade with big volume then they will get big profit. But it is wrong idea, If a trader open a trade with reasonable volume and if the trader get large number of pips then they will get big profit also. Big volume big risk. Second most of people are lost due to their greed at one point they are in profit and for more they lost it. You are right, most of people fail and have much loss in the Forex trading because of lack of knowledge and want to rich with in the night. or want to pick a lot of profit against 1 trade. They also target 30 to 50% per day profit form there capital. Which is impossible in start because knowledge and experience after a time and you are a good trader after 1 - 2 year with the trading.
