Yes of course you are in profit. But brother if you have no knowledge on market then it is useless. Learn Forex properly and then calculate your profits.
And as you asked , you call also sell and close your position.

when you open a position in forex trading, then you need to either close it by yourself.....or you need to apply take profit on every position...so when price touches that positions, then it will be closed automatically and you do not need to worry about it.....but your positions should be closed in order to gain any profit.....
