How long you in front of the chart?

Itna time aap ko computer screen par naheen rehna chahiye. Jab daily candle open hoti hay wo time new trading day ka hota hay aur wo acha time naheen hay trading ka. Aap din main bhi us candel ko dekh sakty ho aur us kay hissab say trade kar sakty ho.

i dont want to sit at that level but when i sit i dont know how is the time going on....
lets see today i set 7pm to 3am..and today is very good i descover new strategy...now test i will test it..if its good then i will share.

and don't forget to set TP n SL so we don't need to be in front of chart all day

It is good to spend a few hours daily for forex trading. It is better for your mental and physical health. According to experts 3 or 4 hours daily forex work is better for the health of trader and trading as well.

3-4 hr daily is batter for forex..but now i am learning stage..
but when i have my weekly off i give more then 3-4 hr...
on my weekly off i paln for next week targets.. and moeny management system with lot size...
