But if the traders knows the market well and want to trade for profit and make it his souce of income, then a low capital will be a hurdle in this case. he requires investment above $10000 to gain a profit of 500+

No, I think less investment should not be a hurdle for good trading but I think that we should have a minimum $100 investment to trade with proper money management and risk management. If we will have less investment then we will not be able to take trades in a right way.
