Yes,the worst time in forex trading is coming in all week and that is Friday and monday when market is open just or just to be close.I think the worst time to do trade when your emotion is not stable because all conditions could become disaster if your emotion is bad and all conditions could be profitable if we knew how to take advantages in each condition.So it depends upon the trader who utilizes d day well and makes the most of it.

During this period, there is less price flunctuations which will not yield much profit ... in short on the major festivals people choose the withdraw the capital and the overall market growth is very slow.

its true, some people west time in forex. they open there platform all time and not use stop loss and take profit key. also never use pending order. at the open plat form emotion grow suddenly and they take some unnecessary position. that's harmful for trading. and create unnecessary risk.

The best time depends on the style of each trader, I really likes to trading on the American and European session as a very active movement. asia session price movements tend to be stagnant. I love a challenge and I chose the EURUSD pair. If you choose rather slow pair USDJPY
