High leverage lead to higher loss???

Leverage is a tool and if is made to get benefit. It is worthy for small traders who have just little funds and they can get good profit with high leverage accounts. The important thing is that there must be a good method of trading to make profit.

i also think the same with the senior here. i think leverage is exactly like what the brokers themselves often described - a double edged sword.
it can help us make more money with less fund but it can also quicken the destruction of our account.
it is us, the traders, who need to have a deep understanding of the trading strategy so we don't overuse the leverage.

i also agree with you. high leverage doesn't lead us to high loses but it gives us to trade with high lot size. but problem occurs when our orders goes against us and the brokers make a margin call which may blow up our account. that's why someone believe that.

yes, I think the problem is not that big laverge will cause huge losses, because that caused huge losses that are too large volume of transactions regardless of financial management.

We all know that higher leverage is just like a double edged sword.. It can cut both ways.. So if you are not concern enough then higher leverage can lead you to higher losses than gains.. You should only trade with money management.. This is the only way to make constant profit from this market..

To my knowledge the greater the opportunity to leverage our trading which will be even greater, because the capital city of this use can we use entirely. Different if we use a little leverage, the capital that we will use even less.

i don't so much believe that high leverage would bring about loss to me it all depends on how you get to manage the investment you put into it. your trading style is all that really matters.

I did't except this because high leverage does not bring higher losses but it can make you to handle high volume of currency. What brings higher losses is the lot size. For instance, if you are using a lot size of 1.00 and the market goes against you by 1 pip, you will lose $10 which is a lot of money and can wipe your account especially if you have a small balance. So high lot size can lead to higher losses.

I also have confidence that high leverage will not make us lose in the trade but we have only made the trade that might be easy to make a big deal and will be able to make it easier to overtrade just have to control it so

I think that high leverage is the part of business strategy-
High leverage lead to high capital risk.
It is also true that high leverage can also contain more profit .
If there is no leverage there is no attractive business seen.
If leverage is not accurate it doesn't contain actual profit .
So leverage should be actual .
If it is not it can be pain full too.
In the Forex trading if it is not so it can be contain high loss.
