High leverage lead to higher loss???

Many people think that high leverages lead to high loss, but i think it is not true as big lot size is lead to high loss.

What you think about this?

on bank trading you can only have 1:50 leverage , its because its not in their interest to lose clients.On small traders like us the higher the leverage the bigger profit...
of course if we are in the right trade! If not ...our account is gone by the wind !

This is a reality that the higher the leverage the higher would be the losses but this is also a deep reality that the higher the leverage the higher the chances of profits in greater values. So the choice depends on the trader.

actually leverage means risk. high leverage means high risk and low leverage means low risk. sow for a new user they have to choose low leverage. because for high leverage their investment may be in risk

Don`t let any traders that proves to knwo better than you deceives you really, this is a great fact in trading the market really, by this we have to getting into the market in a better trading form.

maybe yes, maybe no. if we do not want to be greedy, we could use a little leverage, so that MC is not easy, but if we can control and discipline, although the use of leverage, we will not experience MC.

no high leverage is not reason of high loss.high loss reason is using high volume in trading which is responsible for high loss.many people wanna become rich very fast so that is not possible .patience in forex is most important if you have this thing then you become rich after some time.

I agree with your opinion . big lot size is the main reason for high loss. lot size should not high if your deposit not large. Most of trader lost there deposit only for high lot size and buy without analysis market situation . smalls profit come brings large amount of profit .

i think it does not really matter whether the deposit is huge or not because leverage is a form of borrow money from the broker
that we can use to open bigger position by using a small balance. if you use it wisely you can make big money by using big leverage.

Hmm, when we use higher leverage, it simply reduce the life of our account in case of market move in opposite direction to our trades, 1:100 leverage will not allow you more than 1% loss on your trades, 1:200 leverage will blow your account even if you get 1/2% loss.

What I aware based on my own experiences, leverage will give us higher opportunity to trade in higher lots (because higher leverage means lower required margin to trade). And that is the blamed point by many traders that will cause their account easier to be blown. Actually, for my point of view, leverage give us more advantage than its harmfully side. Think that we know how much risk we can face, we will not place a trade with higher risk percentage than we can handle. In fact (not just theory) the problem is more about capital-risk management to handle our account, not about the leverage. So, for my conclution, higher leverage will be better! CMIIW
