The high leverage is not recommended to beginners , it shouldn't be used . The recommended leverage should be not less than 200 and not more than 400 .

Many people think that high leverages lead to high loss, but i think it is not true as big lot size is lead to high loss.

I think this is true. You can leverage as much as you like and have the same risk. You can leverage 1000:1 and still use 1 microlot on a trade, and 10:1 and use one microlot. In the end your loss per pip is the same. It is only when peole start trading lots of contracts that it starts being risky.

well most of the people think so and sometimes it really happens but not all the time it is necessary so i think some times it gives high profit and bonus also .... so it is not as bad as some people think.

yes you are correct, the high leverage could make us to do trade with volume greater than our capital, but this will be very dangerous and can make us experience a margin call, because it's better if we always do trade with a maximum volume of 5 % only.
