High leverage lead to higher loss???

yap I mostly use some big levarge when my account is at some last steps then i will take some Big risks in order to save my account, or else i use normal leverage for my trading.tnx

i think high leverage could be a not a most negative for commercialism within the Forex as a result of if you would like to require a lot of cash in on it you want to have high leverage different wise you do not tale your commercialism capital properly rather you'll face huge loss

What brings higher losses is the lot size. For instance, if you are using a lot size of 1.00 and the market goes against you by 1 pip, you will lose $10 which is a lot of money and can wipe your account especially if you have a small balance. So high lot size can lead to higher losses.

I would if each position will benefit because the forex market is not 100% we can do the analysis correctly we can never know what happened to the price of 1 or 2 minutes into the future so I can only hope that my analysis correct. In case of uncertain market it is always better to stay away and relax. Wait for the right opportunity to rise and then the market is yours to enter it and gain some good pips.

Yes 100% true that higher leverages leads the trader toward higher losses, i think the new trader should keep leverage as low as 1:1000 because it is only good for them, but if the traders are skilled and have good knowledge, they can set their leverage at high because along with losses it gives you profits as well, higher leverage also means more profit.

Jou traders high leverage use kertay hain un ko kabhi kabhi utna hi loss berdasht kerna padta hay high leverage main agar profit zeyada hota hay tou loss ki sumbhvna bhee zeyada hoti hay.

yes high leverage is just to big money in maximum times this happens.. a low leverage is always safe and secure, and i always use very low leverage which is 1:100. if the trader can invest huge money and use a high leverage and fail to do the trading then this happens to higher loosing

i think high leverages can get very dangerous for any trader in the forex trading market when they trade with the wrong lot sizes. This will send them into losses because many traders do not even know how to make calculation of leverages when they are about to open trades

Each aspect has its benefits and drawbacks. High leverage helps us to make good money while trading but can cause loss of height as well. It will depend on our trade if we lose or win the high. If we put a good trade then surely we will be able to produce a good profit with high leverage. But failing to do so will inevitably lead to large losses as well.
