Yes high leverage is very risky .forex is a profitable trade and greed is the enemy of this trade so if we choose high leverage ,we will get low margin rate per trade and for that we may open big lot for making high profit and once we may loss our investment.

From my understanding about the leverage, the leverage helps increase your trading capital in such a way that , the point at which the balance would receive a margin call, would be when the traders balance is almost at little or nothing. Further more, the leverage as a way of affecting the traders account positively and negatively.

For such a one he will take trades with the right lot size and with good compliance with money management principles. It is only when money management is not used that is when high leverage becomes risky in the hands of the trader.

Leverage ek aisi bimari hai jo jitna badta jayega utna hi apki risk badti chali jayegi. so that jaha tak ho sake oshko 1:100 tak hi rakhna chahiye taki hum sare trade bilkul sambhal ke hi kar paye.Big lot use karna leverage ke karna hi hota hai.
