Well when i get loss. Than i stop trading for a while and analyze my position again which bring loss and check the drawbacks of my strategy. If there is something wronhg with strategy than i modify it and if the cause is other like an unexpected news than its my luck. I try to not make the same mistake again. And also try to recover in the next trades.
Small loses will be able to recover. If we lose the whole funds means, then stop trading for a month and learn deep about the trade.

Loss is part of the business so we don't really have to take any step toward some of the losses but if we are getting more than we can afford to lose we need to make sure that we learn from the losses and mistakes we make to avoid more of the loss.

There are loss we shouldn't take any step for because some of the loss are normal because we cannot survive in this trade without loss, but if you are losing severally I think you need to take a quick step by learning how to trade from your mistakes.

when that very good post at that time i just relac=x mysr=elf i try to thik where do i make mistke so that i avoid that mistake on my next trade and on that whole day i just get relax no trade i do on my account just watch movie and roaminng with my friend here and there for mind realaxtaion

Natural that when a person loses his money very sad but I when I loose not saddened because I was confident that this loss turn into profit later and already after months became a trade on well and you gain a lot and also compensated for the loss that I lost before and I advise everyone not to grief over the loss of it to turn a profit later.

Dear when i face loss then i feel lot of bore, and become frustrated for sometime, but i think we should not become frustrated and note our mistake and try to remove it, that it should be not repeat in the future, this is the best way to move forward, otherwise you may decide to leave the forex, and that is not a good decision.
