so just cool yourself or analyse properly and enter the trade.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. We should relax when we got lose in trade. Don't do trade after loss with big lot size. This is very very important to beginners. If you loss, you should wait for the next trend.

well loss is a pretty bad thing but everyone faces it some time or the other, for me when i loose the reality is tht i loose my temper , then the best thing i do is tht keep the trade aside have a nice time away from forex and then when m chilled then think abt where i went wrong and then try to avoid those mistakes next time

deposit one more and ready to trade again....never give up...use the chance carefully to bring money back at least or double it is the target

when i have a losing trade i just go for a little break and cool my mind down.
then come back to the terminal to look for another trade.
but if i lose that one as well then i will end the days trading and come back the next day

evaluate and analyze our mistake is needed when we are get loss. its good for us so we not make same mistake in next trading.
maybe you should make a trading journal in your note book, so is easily to evaluate.
