traders jab market main trading kar rahe hote hain to agar un ko loss ho jay to woh emotional trading start kar leyte hain jis ka un ko loss hota hey es leay agar ap ko bar bar loss ho raha ho to ap ko trading nhe karne chahea aur ap ko rest karna chahea jab ap fresh ho jain to market main in hoon ,phir ap jo bhe trade open karain gay to ap ko kuch hasil ho sakta hey es business main patience ka hona jaroore hota hey .

forex ke business me trader ke liye bahut he jaroori hai ki wo esme apne emotions ko market me control karke he kaam karein,esme trader ne apne emotions ko kaabu me kar rakha hoga to he wo esme ache se market me kaam kar sakta hai,esme trader ko sabb pehle jaana he chahiye.

I have written all my trading rules in 1 paper and keep that infront of my computer and always i tried to follow them and automatically my emotional getting control. Example - I have set rules that dont used more then 10% of your account balance in 1 position in any situation, so whenever i see good signal then also i dont used because anything can happened in forex and like this i able to control my emotions, some times it failed too

I think if we can do it well on the demo and you will bring your good habits to a real account, but there are some traders who can do well on the demo but get bad results in real.
emotion is part of psychology and we have to train it in real accounts. Controlling emotions when trading is a very important point of forex traders, because this is a sensitive and technical business where there is no emotional value that can make you lose more, so do not effect with emotions you only trade with strategies and keep learning.

Emotions per ap agar control nai kar saktay to ap kay sorry hai yeh kay ap forex main kaam nahi kar saktay agar apko forex main stable rehtay huway work karna hai to apko chhaiye kay ap emotions per control rakhna chaiye aor rakhna hoga.Forex trading eak perfect and great opportunity hai ap sub kay liye apko is say faida hasil karna chahiye.
