even usdx falling eur still going down and it's clear that eur usd is starting to fall again and if usdx gain positive movement then eur usd will gonna fall more.
My suggestion about eur usd.
it's good idea to sell eur usd but it will be wised if we wait until usa open then whatever 4 hours time frame shows us we do according to that.
