I think for beginners is the smallest size, i-e 0.01
no problem getting a small profit, which is important we can understand how the forex business in this real.
So Small lot always good with beginners because beginners start with small capital. Big lot will blow their account if they use big lot and all depend on your capital.

It depends on ue equity and how much u want to risk of it per trade if ur equity is high then u can trade big lot but u should nt risk more than 5% of ur equity

choosing lots size depends to how much balance do you have, account type, and also leverage. but for beginner, we better use as small as we can. because if we use big amount of lots, we will also get a big risk.

Mini and micro lots are offered to traders who open mini accounts. Standard lot sizes can be traded with larger accounts only/ the smaller the lots size traded, the lower will be profits, but also the lower will be losses. Because trading in forex is as much about losing money as about making money.

I am a new trader I use small lot sizes like 0.01 and 0.02 I put my trade with 0.01
and when the market goes well, my trades make new trades with 0.02 I always use take profit
and stop because of things this is important for new traders. avoid the loss

when we have $ 100 in our account. But most beginners will try to open 1 lot and its strength
is only 100 pips left, if the trend is moving in the right direction they will get the money
