In my opinion, all sessions have certain times where price movements have high volatility, oppositely they has also low volatility. It means in all sessions trading e.g. europe, usa, and asia, there are always times when trending, breakout, and side aways market. We must ourselves be cautious so that it can determine the right decisions in every state of the market.

All session are good for us to trade and there are no trading session that can give us safer trading experience. I think that New York session is safer and successful for forex trading because i there is a good movement in the market when New York market opens. I have gained good profit when i trade soon after the opening of New York session.

if you are asking for the safer traidng session then it will be asian session where there is little volatality and little chaances of lossing money but at the same time there are smaller chances of earning money too
