How do you feel after getting heavy loss?

I have no special feelings. When I lose money in Forex trading, I bear it as part and share of play as a ship. But when I started working very hard on others to develop a balanced mindset I then began to ignore my losses. and I really conclude destroyed, especially if the expiration is due to make a big slip, I give to be eloquent with regret, but it is period and we are mortal to hear how these feelings require and lead them down us.

when i get heavy loss i feel unhappy and become disappointed then deeply think about my losses and prepare myself for next trading so that i can do well in next trading and i try to fudge my previous mistakes

mera to kafi jayda dimaag kharab hota hai, jab bhi trading mein mujhe loss hota hai, yaha par trader ko apne loss par control karna hota hai, aur sabse important hota hai, ki wo low risk le bhai ye bhi dheyan rakhna hota hai.

after getting heavy loss trader feel angry that things is not good for professional trader and trader work with experience and trader do not use mistakes in business and trader control on market and trader always use low risk in forex business and trader avoid from greed and emotions and work with good management and understanding the market and recover the losses.

When i get huge loss in my trading thereafter i never watch market on that day and spend time with watch television or going journey to outstation.

Because i need energy,stress free and tension less mind for forecasting future trade.

all the traders become anxious when they get the heavy loss in this business but they should have the patience , the experienced traders could recover their loss with their good experience , the loss and the profit are the part of this business and some time traders make good profit from this business and some time they get the loss from this business.

Well, after facing a loss in forex trade at any time most of the traders use to blame their broker or market situation and circumstances. Yes these can also be responsible for that but in my suggestion you should also analyze and accept your own mistakes.
