The bond market was already expecting significant rate cuts for 2019 with the 10 year US yield trading between 2.0530% and 2.0990%, well down from the 2019 high of 2.80%.

GBP/USD was trading stable to slightly lower on Wednesday, after it managed to recover to 1.25678 overnight. The UK pound, however, remains under pressure as Borsi Johson, a hard- line Brexiteer, won the second round of votes in the Conservative party yesterday. Johnson, the face of the official Brexit campaign in the 2016 referendum, won 126 out of 313 votes and so goes through to a third ballot between 15:00 GMT+1 and 17:00 GMT+1 on Wednesday with four other candidates who won 33 votes or more. Later in the UK, fresh CPI data for May will be released at 9:30 GMT+1. Later on Wednesday (19:00 GMT+1), the US Fed will announce their latest monetary policy decision, while Fed Chair Jerome Powell will hold a press conference at 19:30 GMT+1.

Good day! As we can see, the previous day candle closed headed southward. It goes the same for today, the current candle is also directed downward based on the 15-minute chart. Fixation of the price higher than 1.2845, I would look for the continuous growth or higher. In case a breakout occurs and fixes below 1.2805, then there is a chance for a decline and sell the pair down to 1.2765 or lower.
