i believe in the fact that profit can give a trader confisence to earn profits. to much of profits give the trader condifence and if not careful the trader will become overconfident in his trades it might be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the profit the trader earns

some times when a traders earns allot from his expecting then he become over confident and thought for him self that he is really a very big trader.at that time he invest his all capital plus profit in to trade again and it is really very risky.this happens due to less knowledge...

yes profit makes us over confidence. some time market gives us normal movements and luckily or by good chance if we get some profit, then we feel proud and we become over confident. after that we again trad in that way.

Well my dear i accept that profit make over confident when we earn cross the limit and we think that we will be a successful trader and we not concentrate and no take interest in trading. we make our dissension without learning that's why mostly trader fail in trade. So it is very important to control our emotion.

yes it is true that some traders who are earning the profit most of the time they become overconfident and loss lot of money because when they think that they will earn every time,they trade with the greater amount of money and may face loss
