Leverage 1:2000 risky?

While looking for a broker you will discover that there are brokers out there that offer extreme leverage. Some brokers will even offer you 400:1 leverage. This would allow you to open an account with $300, and use that same amount to control up to 120 k worth of trades. The average pip size with a trade of 120 k is $12.00. If your trade lost 25 pips, your entire account would be wiped out. Considering that most currency pairs can move 25 pips in less than 10 seconds, that sounds pretty dangerous doesnt it?

Yes i think 1:2000 leverage size is risky and we are not take profit on this leverage easily because its margin size is big and its profit size is small.So i think we use the best leverage size is 1;100 and its margin size small and profit size also small.

Leverage is provided by the brokers to their clients so that they can trade well and at the same time traders must use it in the best way to make some profitable way and not loose their account because of trading high. I believe leverage of 1:2000 is not risky if you trade with proper money management .

using this high leverage may lead the bargainer into basic cognitive process he has lots cash in is commercialism account as a result of little quantity of margin are off from his commercialism account then the remaining are there to support any open position that's in loosing aspect at the initial stage. thus if he doesn't scale back his margin this may have an effect on his overall performance within the market..

instaforex for exemple do not offer more than 1000:1 which is very high itself

yes instaforex give us 1:1000 for laverage and that is the highest laverage on instaforex, i dont know why i really like this laverage because it easy for me to count my lot, i ever use 1:500 and 1:200 for my laverage but i got confused when count my lot, so i choose that 1:1000 laverage only because that easy for me to count my money management
