I think its not a good idea to leave your current and became a full time trader. you can manage your running trades in your job hours too or you can watch them in your free time. So leaving the job is not a good thinking.

i think your are a professional trader and have very good experience of forex trading. you are earning very good money from forex trading. i do not not know how much time you are giving to forex trading. now you have got job but salary is not too good. i think if this job does not effect your forex trading than you should continue the job. but if your job is effecting your forex trading work than you must quit the job because you are earning more here on forex trading and you can give full time to forex trading.
