Well one year is a good time frame and on an average it is enough time if a trader wants to prove himself and one can come to know in a year that if this trade is good or trader is good for the trade or not .

You do not have to become well-versed with all the jargon of forex trade nor do you have to know the nitty-gritty details of the forex market movements from day to day.

forex depends on the person that is trading so there is no time frame for you to be successful if not then those who have traded for many years should have been billionaires by now. take your time and learn until you become profitable then you know you are good to go.

I think one year is good enough for learning and to be a good traders, but its depend on your intellegences too, if you are lazy people I dont think one year is enough for you to be a professional traders.
