What is most common time frame for day trading?

I think we can start trading when the session enters the london session and the price fluctuation is more active in that session after that we keep following the trend to the next session that is new york session and if we samrt we can get pips to earn money in most active sessions. and I prefer the H1 time frame for day trading. Because it gives a very good signal and has a low noise. The smaller time frame mostly gives the wrong signal and brings us to a loss. Trading in H1 is much better than other time period.

Mostly it depends upon the hardworking mines... however if you pay your 4 to 8 hours per day then it will give you a best profit in your life.Mostly day time traders are more benefit rather than the evening or night trading because in a morning most of the traders are active and pay attennstion as well to the marketting exchange . so wake up early in the morning and pay attension atleast to 4 to 8 hours duty on trades then as a result you will get a best profit from here thankx
