Forex traders may not trade without emotion, and that can not be justified.
Forex traders must trade with logic of no hope, prayer or anything else. If a trader wants to succeed in forex, then it should be logical and practical rather than emotional.

Offcourse, yes you do not have to wait and keep your position open for a long time with the hope the price will arrive at the level you have opened the position. But when you are trading in the long run and if you have already opened your position in the direction of the trend even if there is a correction in the market price will temporarily return back to the normal trend sooner or later. So in such situations it's okay to keep an open position. But you have to be careful doing it at the top of the market or the butt.
