we don't need c++ to make an standard mq4 program.
C++ is used if you want to make a new dll files.
So c++ is needed if you want to make a dll file. Usually used for make a non standard function.
Ex. Dll for retieving data from the internet.. To protect an ea.
So if your name or your account number is not registered. You cannot used that ea.. Even you already decompiled the ea.

most of program needs such this skill till web design need this and it go long with deferent progs not any trader should use but its so good and useful in the other part of life am it eng and know what i said ^^
