How do you help yourself to relax while your trades are in action?

The difference between success and failure in Forex trading is very likely to depend upon which currency pairs you choose to trade each week, and not on the exact trading methods you might use to determine trade entries and exits. Each week I am going to analyze fundamentals, sentiment and technical positions in order to determine which currency pairs are most likely to produce the easiest and most profitable trading opportunities over the next week. In some cases it will be trading the trend. In other cases it will be trading support and resistance levels during more ranging markets

its very simple ,,, i dont enter the market when i am not confortable with the way the market is behaving ,, the key is to minimise risk and avoid doing trades that have big probabilty of failing ,, i do recomand trading in the demo acount untill you feal confortable to trade the real money

only experience that displays us, at first may be too complicated for us to rest while starting to work,
another point of view is you can take forex as a fun only if you have a passion for it then you will relax while working.
Dreams become true work and play at the same time but to get this you need experience.

Certainly my dear, as I can see I personally believe if you want to relax of yourself after opening trades you should apply stop loss and take profit tecnique. Then you have an idea about the probability of profit or loss. But if you want to trade manually I think you should always care about it.
