How do you help yourself to relax while your trades are in action?

Jab aap market ko samjh kar yaa market ki technical analysis karte huye trading karte hai to phir aapka trades open bhi rahta hai to aap relax hote hai kyoki aapko good entry aur exit point ka pata hota hai aur stop loss ko set karne se humen koi tension nahi hoti hai.

I simply just switch of my computer and spend some time with my friends to relax . Although before doing that i use stop loss and take profit and the most important is that i accept loss as a normal . It is as simple as i said .

yes, my dear, for me I personally do consider that once my trade is going on i cant keep myself calm and i keep on moving here and there and when it ends i use to read the different news that helps me in maintaining a good profit and i keep myself up to date by this way.

I try to look at the trades and if it's trending opposite to mine i look at the point i should be out of the trading and then try to recover the loss i got from those trades and that's how it goes so , good luck to you and everyone who is trading foreign exchange market in making profit brother

yes generally my dear, I consider it’s so true that when our trades in action, most of us can't control our emotion if we always see our chart. I think it will be good for us if we trade and then leave the chart for a while. It is not good for our eyes also if we always in front of our computer. Then we can be relax if we are no in front of our chart of computer.

Well definitely my dear, I do believe when my trades are in work i often open facebook and chat with friends to help myself and after little time periods check the trades. I also post on the forum to help myself these are the two things that i do when my trades are in process.
