How do you help yourself to relax while your trades are in action?

Yes as long as you do not forget set TP and SL point. Leaving the position
and letting the price hits one is not really every trader can accept.

But it all goes back to the analysis again, do you do it with your best thinking or just by guessing?

When your trades be in action you should not follow the market because if you do so , you may change your view and you may make incorrect actions that will cost you a loss , in my opinion the best thing to do is to close your computer and go out and live your life and return back later to see what happened.

if you want to be relax while trades opening, then you have to follow proper money management and use low lot size, also you must have confidence in your analysis, practice can help you to get experience in trading and lead you to become successful trader.

I also doing the long term trade so when I open the trade then also doing the market analysis properly and also set the stop loss and take profit tools properly and close my PC for doing the others work,so I also feeling relaxed on the trading time and get the good result from the trade.
