You asked the right question, but the answer is not so difficalt to find by keeping an eye on the market one should be easily trace that markets time is volatile from and upto. I will suggest you to try to trade during 5.30 PM to 11.30 PM IST during this time the market is mostly fluctuating, So please try during this time but it is too volatile. So be careful.

the best time for trade is when euro market or USA market open, this time is good time for the one who love trending market
but for trader who like to trade on sideway market better use tokyo open or after us market close
there are many kind of trader style, maybe some trader like to use sideway market but other else like to trade on trending market
so be wise to choose witch one time that the most fit on your style

each session the market must use a different style of trading is important because according to how the movement of the market itself if it asia market session you should maximize the use of trade with scalping style and if for london session and the session would probably fit american daily trading style.
