Forex is a business, and each business needs concentration and planing. When trading, a trader must be relax and has clear and structured ideas about the task he is doing. Last week, due to a concentration default i opened a long position instead of a short one and went straight to MC. concentration is a way for us to stay focused and thorough in analyzing the price. concentration is needed if you are forex traders daily, as daily forex traders require quick decisions in any forex trading. they had to get out and also had to go fast. to address the problems of concentration, then we have to limit how many times we have to enter the market in a day, ie 3 times a day.

it is a nice way to make our self refresh by keeping our self di-touched from forex for a while. forex is a risky business and loss will make us angry or we will under mental pressure. if we see that we are making error repeatedly then we must need some rest to make our mind sound. in such situation we can stay out from forex and take tour to make our self refresh. it help us to make good decision in next time and make us profitable.

I strongly agree with you, it is true that forex requires high concentration, when we lost concentration with the predictions of the effect we think, and if we're wrong prediction would be bad for ourselves, losing concentration will indirectly affect our emotions, and emotions that have entered into our thinking will result in less accurate predictions. in my opinion forex trading is very risky and not easy so at a high level of concentration needed to run this business because if we do not focus would be very dangerous so most likely we will experience loss. In my opinion without concentration we cannot trade successfully. We will loose money if we will not concentrate upon forex trading. It will be very difficult without concentration. We can trade by open eyes and mind, without it we will fail in this trade.
