Concentration is very important for forex and for every business. but some time we place pending orders after some signal or trend analysis then we turn off our computer for a day or a few hours later it is time to rest or for other important work. and yes this happened with most of us ... I was stuck in a position with 2 days and I never slept for 48 hours and then I could not wake up even once and the market time returned to my position when I slept and again fell during the itme ... after waking up I saw my account zero ... this story is really true most of us because lack of concentration can give you invisible power to open trades in uncertain positions.

Forex is the name of concentration, if u can not concentrate on the chart ,so do not trade u will in lose always ,
so try to analysis chart and have on look on market for best result
